25 posts to rate all threads and comments, not only threads themselves.

 

You don't need to rate to give your opinion, just post underneath the application what you think

 

You rate a mod app based on if they're your friend, they payed you or say they will abuse for you.

You need 25+ posts to rate. Posts are posting in all sections except profile posts/comments and the off-topic section

As stated above since you're new you need 25+ messages to rate it but when you have these messages scroll to the bottom of the thread (not the comments!) and click the Support, No Support or Neutral ratings.

 

25 posts then you can rate :P but try give some feedback it helps the applicant more

 

You need to get 25 messages before you can rate people.
