Today at 8:05PM I ranked my player (3yerrt) from MVP up to Elite, I've been waiting 20 minutes for it to come through all though it states "Once logged in you will have a maximum wait time of 5 minutes before automatically receiving your purchased items(s)." I still haven't recieved them, so I am asking if a mod/admin can have a look for me and make sure my purchased goods come through Thanks

 

Do you have any proof of the purchase?

 

Try some of the following:

1. Relog. Simple, right?
2. Wait another hour. SOmetimes paypal can be a little slow

If this doesn't work, toss an email to [email protected] with details of purchase.

 

I have a screen shot of my purchase but it wouldn't let me upload it to have as proof :/

 

I don't think the forums accept PNG files, you will probably have to convert it to a JPEG and upload it, that's what I have to do when I upload screen shots on mineverse forums.
