      You cannot be banned from a website. I'm assuming you mean that the username which was charged back on, he can no longer purchase anything.

      Maybe... That's what I meant, all people care for is the money so being blacklisted wouldn't matter then

      Yes, I think it's on your IP though? Using a VPN might fix it but the user name will be blacklisted from purchasing on anything to do with buycraft.
      It's what I meant :lol::worm:

      They can IP ban you, but that's different. Just change to a dynamic IP and you're sorted.

      Basically what I meant is if you charge back a rank or any donation then that username will be banned from purchasing anything else. Wolf was told to appeal by emailing their support..

      Getting off topic, pandapow is a great VPN, at least that's what I use for the firewall in China, even higher than the Great Wall of china god dammit :lol:

      Anyways, back on topic, I'm pretty sure it's just from the account as there could be two people living under the same IP address, idk

      But again, as I've said, it won't matter if EULA actually applies to mine verse, there wouldn't be any other pay2win server for you to buy on anymore so getting banned isnt a problem

      What no one understands is, mineverse can evade the EULA compliances for a while.
      It's pretty simple really, these "EULA enforcements" don't take effect until update 1.9.3
      So if the server simply doesn't update, it can avoid the situation completely.
      The only downside is that eventually the server will die off. It's pretty much the best solution we have though.
      A lot of big name servers are doing the same thing, and refusing to update.

      EULA won't change anything, they can't afford to loose the bulk of players. If anything it's just a scare tactic.

      Well if you please construct an argument against mine rather than being immature, that would be great.

      It should be more enforced here. If you haven't paid for a rank, then you're at a huge disadvantage on almost all gamemodes.

      There simply has to be a way to at least become more EULA compliant then now without killing the server off.

      I don't think you can take away anything that's already been bought, but there has to be some sort of balanced way around all this that doesn't kill the server, whether legally or financially.
