They will obviously have back up plans for server's whom don't comply within their EULA. It will most likely happen.
The list is of servers of which hold a "Pay to win" title, due to ranks, etc. Titan, God, etc. They all fall under that category, therefore will show up on the list eventually. People who have already purchased these things, will be allowed to keep them. They just have to change it so that future purchases, are all even, in a sense and therefore comply within the EULA.

Nope. For now, we're good. And tbh, usually Mojang's attempts at doing anything with security has been pretty feeble, so who knows what the blacklisting will end up being like. ;) I believe according to the Spigot post that these are servers that are against the EULA, not the servers that are blacklisted
