Neutral. Beautiful, long and detailed application, but you're not too active.

 

instead going over he top and saying mabye you have seen me here or here just be normal and don' go over the top not saying its bad to bu just work on it a little more and you should be great all exept that I think you would be a great staff member Hope you get it!
