This is not enough at all.. if you even want to have a shot at getting moderator I suggest adding a lot more information in this section. Look at the accepted applications section for some inspiration, but do not copy.

Hours* 12 hours is half the day.. Either you're not telling the truth or you do not get enough fresh air outside.

You just said you play 12 hours a day..
