We don't need to know your rank. It doesn't change your chances of your application being accepted.

I saw your reply speed when I gave you a bit of a test for being a moderator. The game took priority over checking if you were fit for mod. I suppose that's fine for now, but as a mod, moderating takes priority over the game all the time.

That's meant to be a lower case 'f' ;)

For /ban, you don't specify how long the ban is for.
/ban = permanent ban until you unban /tempban = temporary ban.

For /kick, you don't put the time either. It boots them off the gamemode then lets them back on instantly. If you had to specify a time for it, it would technically be a tempban. You don't need to put a reason for a mute tbh since it doesn't tell the player.

Intros have nothing to do with being a moderator.

This is probably just me but that doesn't sound right.
btw post farming may give you more messages, but many messages from your post farming are quite pointless and all it shows is you tryharding to get mod. I was once in a call with you (This was a month ago or so but still) and you said "I'm gonna go no support a few apps real quick" or something extremely similar. This is what I would consider post farming.

But how fast can you respond to 5 people messaging you at once?

I hope you took note of all the advice I gave you in game. It's important.
I think you've been trying WAY too hard to get mod, and your personality would change a lot about a week after being mod. It's good that you're trying, but there's such thing as trying too hard.

I have changed a lot over the few months of me becoming active

1. I barley if not don't swear anymore.
2. After the talk we had ingame I have stopped "Try Harding" for messages, I have slowed down because you made me realise its pointless.
3. With the time I joint the server I joint at the end of 2013 so I dont really count that as a full year.
4. Thanks for the feedback, would there be any way to make your no-support into a support?
