    i have recently purchased elite rank on mineverse but in the lobby and in some other places it still said im MVP and i would like this problem to be fixed ASAP if anyone know what it is tell someone who will know how to fix it please. i first found out when i tried to change my pet and told me i need to buy the rank first. Then i proceeded to type in chat and found out im still an MVP rank?

    My rank was purchased on the 4/20/16 at 8:45 AM on Wednesday

    How long ago did you buy this rank? Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours for a new rank to come through. If by tomorrow it has not come through, you will need to send an email to [email protected] with proof of purchase. They will be able to help you out there.
