I'm tired of having to record all the time for hackers because a mod is never in there. A mod will peep in once every like 2 weeks. Its annoying the monitors bed wars and creative triple more than they do factions. I mean what's there to be monitored in creative that factions don't have more of? Its annoying and I think you should MAKE mods watch factions more.

 

And then after you report a hacker it don't get checked for a few days and its annoying because they ruin pvp for most of us.. And then we cant pvp because a hacker is down there a mod on wont check the report for a few days..

 

Maybe, but you also have to understand that many mods resigned lately and it is hard for a mod to be everywhere at once. Not all of the mods are on at once, and with the amount of game modes on Mineverse they cannot monitor everywhere. That is why there are reports, and even if it may take a mod a bit to respond to the reports, they always respond. Please be patient with the staff.

 

I see mods playing bed wars and creative and NEVER come on factions. flazer was the first mod on to say hi for about a week or two.. and he was on for maybe 30 seconds for 2 times

 

Well then if something is happening, maybe find a mod and politely let them know what is happening. Demanding that they go on Factions and catch the hacker and ban the hacker. Maybe if people were more respectful and tried to be even a bit considerate they may be willing to help more.

 

If you ever spot trouble happening on Factions, do /staff and if a moderator is online, go to the gamemode they're on and ask them whats happening.
Moderators can have fun as well you know... and they're not robots

 

I remember one time some guy complained to a few moderators in a PM about it, @Pile might remember this.

They requested we be more active on Factions/Op Factions. So, we did.
For over an hour, we put up with so much bs and hatred from you.
There were eight of us online.


Why would we want to help where we're hated?

 

Mm, whenever I come on Factions, there's hardly anyone on (timezones). I stay for a few minutes, make people aware of my presence and then leave if no one requires assistance.

If somebody comes to me and asks me to help them on Factions, I go there and stay for as long as they need me to.

I don't think we need more Factions mods, no. I think we need more mods in general.

 

^ Especially with the unfortunate resignations/demotions recently, we do need some new moderators promoted. I have noticed that whenever I come on, there isn't as much moderators as there was before

You're hated there because you don't help with kit pvp op facs and op pvp there isn't as much hackers as factions. its annoying as heck. this is why me and a few others spilt other of mineverse to make our own server. but we are still going to play mineverse because that's where we started.. we need more mods on facs even if you're hated or not.. it shouldn't stop you from doing your job?

Youre hated because you say youll be there but never come.. I recall several times with several mods "ill be there in a second" but yet they never show up or "why cant you record" its annoying af recording 24/7 when you just want to pvp we out recording

 

Sometimes the moderators are already busy.
Just because they say they'll be there in a second doesn't mean they'll be right there. The situation they were working on could worsen and it could be longer

And you recording and reporting makes their job easier

 

I know for a fact that it is hard to get mods on op factions because everyone there is so toxic. Mods don't want to deal with that. If you were more respectful and didn't demand they go immediately, or when they got on you were actually nice and let them do their jobs, then they may help more. They are doing the best they can at their jobs. There isn't just one hacker that you saw, there are many more and they have to deal with all of them. Try to be more respectful.

 

It don't be it easier because then the fun is ruined til a mod looks at the report and bans them

 

that's op facs not fac even tho some of the people are the same but is what I mean by this is LESS creative and bedwars and more factions. we can sit there and tell a hacker wait for the mod to get on I went and got or wait I got someone coming or keep telling him to wait.. simply why cant we have "guards" like prison does?

 

Guards are moderators, they have no special perms (unless you're tin+Nanurz)

If you make a report, tag an online moderator.
I know what it's like to be on Facs/OpFacs. It's terrible, they have valid reasons not to come.

As a moderator, would you like to be treated with very little respect, have multiple reports on you, and get called a "sh*t mod" every time?

 

Don't want to be called then call the RIGHT hacks. ive seen kids get away with the most obvious hackers known and then kids that aren't hacking get banned.. that's why you get called a sh*t mod

 

I'm 99.999999% sure our moderators are human.
I'm positive humans make mistakes, so chill.
You need to treat them with more respect.
