They wouldn't switch to full 1.9 for a while

 

I'm sure at some point non-pvp game modes will be 1.9 (Like Creative, Skyblock, etc)

OpPvP, KitPvP, Archer, Infection, etc will most likely stay with 1.8 pvp.

Eventually (not soon at all) MC 2.0 will come out then 1.8 will be ditched and 1.9 and 2.0 will be the two main server versions. ( I assume, soz)

 

Yeah but to my knowledge alot of people dont like that timing your hits

ffs. mineverse should've stayed 1.7/1.8 imo. Mineverse is a mostly pvp orientated server.

This is actually a good thing, 1.8 mobs and pvp made survival a walk in the park. Personally the none pvp servers could do with 1.9 because of the new end for survival and stuff like that. Though you just have 2 kitpvps and oppvps so that one is 1.9 and one is 1.8 meaning people can pick and choose.

 

I agree the supposed "combat update"
really weakens combat, and it stresses me out a lot.
The bow is glitched on it, and the swords dont even hit the person correctly.
Although 1.9 does erase the problem of auto-clickers.

 

Its never gonna happen :( If it did though I would FREAK out (Support for 1.7)
