Why not, a lot of people, like you said, do not learn from their lessons, and I think this would either act as a deterrent to those considering hacking, or generally put an end to the hackers. Support.

Noobcrew made it a 3d lobby ban for hacking on minigames because the more players that get lobby banned, the less people there are to buy ranks to keep the server up and getting money. There is no chance that this will be added, no matter how much support this gets. If it had a chance, I'd go neutral on it.
^^^^^^^ To add onto this, in serious cases of constant hacking or repeating offenses in general they can get perm banned on a gamemode(s) or the whole server. So there is a boundary. But from Paranormal said in my opinion neutral but I don't think this will happen for a while/a long time.
Support , but if u read the rules it says they if u get banned q first time they will ban your for 14 days (non-pvp server) but a month ban for a pvp server but q second chance will result in a perm ban but the more dont have the command to inforce it
