New Rule/Explanation: I really feel like this should be a new rule implemented for Mineverse in general. It gets really annoying when you see all these random letters/numbers in main chat and do not understand them. For all we know, they could be talking about "hacking the server" or saying "kill yourself". I have also seen other servers do this, because it could get really annoying, even with /ignore. The Punishment: I think it should start off with 2 warnings. Then gradually go into a mute. If it continues a ban could be given out. No support. We should respect others' languages. We should not discriminate against others who prefer/only can use one particular language, and not English. Language shouldn't be a barrier for us. I understand that this may be an issue, but if we see something suspicious, we can always look it up the internet.
Mineverse is an English based server so it is already enforced to speak English in global chat if you can.
I see what you mean, there's always a possibility they could be talking about "bad things". However most of the people will not tend to speak the language, so it wouldn't offend anyone. If you happen to understand what someone is saying and they're being offensive in another language, I'm sure you could report it then. Other than that, we should respect their language.
