I'm unsure if this is possible, and how it would work... (How would it know who to email?) But I like the idea of stopping the inconveniences that come from allowing players to buy ranks for other players. I doubt it will happen, though. Even when people get downgraded, it still gives money to the owners.
The owners don't get to keep the money if the person doing the downgrade and refunds it. For example, let's say someone were to buy me premium and refund it instantly, then I get left with an unfair ban while the owners are of no benefit either.
I know they aren't benefited from chargebacks. However, they are benefited from players downgrading other players to premium (which commonly happens).
That the owners might not do this because it stops them from getting money from the people who downgrade.
