I've seen this on two other XenForo style forums. I believe you can replace the "other" gender option with something else. Some forums have this as an option Female Male They/Them/Their Other Maybe add that?????
Support, but there's not much of a point. You can just select "other" and then select "unspecified" in your personal settings.
I don't really understand, like they/them are pronouns but female and male are not pronouns. Would an alternative option be to add something like 'neutral' or 'non-binary'? Sorry if I'm sounding a little confusing. I'd really like to see something added, though!
