I went from 160ms to 7ms on Mineverse, intrested? Follow the steps.
Step 1: Click on "multiplayer"
Step 2: Click on "Add server"
Step 3: Enter on "Server Adress" mineverse.com
Step 4: Click on "done"
Step 5: Click on "Add server"
Step 6: Enter on "Server Adress" mineverse.net
Step 7: Click on "done"
Step 8: Click on "Add server"
Step 9: Enter on "Server Adress" mineverse.org
Step 10: Click on "done"
Step 11: Click on "Add server"
Step 12: Enter on "Server Adress" hellblock.net
Step 13: Go with your mouse to the green bars
Step 14: Check what ip has the lowest amount of "ms"
Step 15: Keep the one with the lowest amount of "ms"
Step 16: Enjoy, you are probably a pinger now :OO

The ping bars are a lie. All mine, except "Mineverse.com" say around 33-40, when I join lobby, I won't go below 190.

I have that aswell, when I am in the lobby I have 2 ms and when I go to oppvp spawn I have 450-500 but when I go down, I have 10-20 ms
