    It is possible. I vote for many people and have done it multiple times. All you have to do is have a bit knowledge with networking and well you can do it ;).

    Thank You i cant for for them on my phone while it isnt connectecd to the internet and vote for me on my pc we will have the exact same votesa dn we will both win and i do it now so i get double the reward because my frien d doesnt play mv he gives me his voting stuff
