Hey there. So I was one of the first players to buy the Minecon capes, and ever since they have been really messed up. It always tells me to Contact an admin which I try to contact @TannerLittle or @CypriotMerks , and they don't reply. So I was wondering either if we just remove them off the shop, and give everyone's money back, or we really pay attention to it n' fix it. If there was a chargeback with not ban, I would've charged back along time ago. Please fix this. My name was UnknownPlaysMC, and now It's OfficallyUnknown. Could someone change that for me on Creative? A Admin. I can't add/remove/clear it because of that. Please fix this.
Did you contact Mineverse? And if Crew and Cyp suddenly decided to give all the money back, it would take forever.
The plug-in is currently broken because the person who the plug-in was bought off won't fix it, from what I hear. I've also got a cape but I can't really be refunded due to getting another player to buy it for me. It'd take way too much effort, time and resources to refund everyone anyway. All we can is wait until the plug-in is fixed, until then, nothing can be done.
There is a no-refund policy. And what elrak said above is correct, the developer is unresponsive and is the only one that knows how to help.
