Why? I don't see any harm in "valquacks". As long as the name isn't rude and is ok, it shouldn't be an issue.

from what I've seen of you you aren't very mature, and I don't think you would take this task very seriously.

No change in attitude, a good thing would be to actually change it for a month or two then apply, just saying you are going to change for the thousandth time won't cut it.
