Hello Mineverse Community and Moderators, So recently my Minecraft Account was comprised and I reached out to Mojang and I got a reply and it short and sweet terms they pretty much said.. "We are sorry we cannot help you get your account back as it doesn't exist" Now this really annoyed me as I had Titan on that account "AtomNova" and now that has all gone to waste. This also means who ever caught my account has literally changed everything from the ground up somehow. And them saying it doesn't exist is all false as some of you have seen me in game before and some moderators here have too like @Alex for example she has seen me in-game before. So I was hoping that my Titan status can opened up on my new Minecraft Account because really $250 has literally gone puft. I understand if procedures are needed for this to happen but I am willing to do whatever it takes to get my status back. Thank you for reading this and I hope you can help me with these unfortunate events

I feel that I can post here because I was the original owner of this account. That being said, (not trying to be mean here) but that $250 you "lost" was actually not lost at all. I worked my rear end off to get other players to get that rank for the account. I do feel you should get the rank back because the account was technically yours, it's just that I feel a little offended when you say you lost the money. I do not think that Mineverse does rank transfers under any circumstances, but I do wish you the best of luck with getting your account back.
@Ninja "I feel a little offended when you say youlost the money" Yeah sorry you did pay for the rank overall and I am grateful to you and Mariselle because yeah she brought it off you and she gave it me so honestly yeah... Not my $250 but it's still a waste of $250 because who ever has it may not know it has titan on mineverse and might not play mineverse so.... It's really sad to see it disappear but I am still trying to get Mojang to help get it back... But I maybe screwed without a Transaction ID.... But hopefully there is something more they can do because come on like you told me.... You brought that in 2012 and well who is going to keep a Transaction ID that long?? Or even remember it??
lol I agree that no one would ever keep the transactioin ID for that long. I'm sorry for seeming aggressive in my previous comment. Maybe Mojang would understand the situation if you explained it fully to them. If you get in contact with them I would be happy to aid in anything they need. (original email, etc)
I don't believe mineverse does refunds for you when your account is compromised seeing how that is your fault and not the servers. You may email support@mineverse with proof of your rank and purchase information and may actually get the rank if the owner is nice to you.

Same as ranks if you are not the legit owner of the account you can't do this. (someone correct me if I'm wrong:pomp::pomp You @AtomNova are getting Us @Ninja and Me in trouble. You suppose to make the thread to get the account banned on the servers without further explanations.
Unfortuneatly Mineverse does not do a rank transfer service and therefore what you are asking for is impossible, If you would still like to try then email Cypriot at [email protected]
