Parkour Server Issue

Everytime I try to join the parkour server I keep getting disconnected 2 seconds after joining. This started to happen after the parkour server restarted while I was falling to me death.

How can I overcome this?

 

Try emailing [email protected] since there are no teleports back to spawn or clear inventory perks in the shop for parkour...

 

Are you using a modded client?

before emailing [email protected] about this issue first try these steps.

Re-Start Minecraft.
Re-Start Your computer.
Re-Install Minecraft.
Run Ccleaner if you don't have it you may look it up on google and download it! "CCleaner is a tool that helps you clean out cookies, history and other junk from your computer.

If none works then email [email protected] with your issue.

 

I tried again today and it's okay now, thanks for the suggestions.
