Hive was largely Pvp based and pure 1.9. Mineverse somehow lets you connect with it in 1.9, but you can't use much of the new stuff. Try building with end bricks in creative

 

1.9 already ruined PvP so I don't see the difference in 1.9.2. There wasn't even an update on the Mojang page.

 

asking for full blown mineverse 1.9+ is like asking for our pvp community to leave
