As an addition to, or instead of mods warning players, would it be good to have a message when the player joins a server and it says "You have been warned for [warnable action]~[warningmod]" Or something to that extent.

As @Alex said, this could be implemented by a command such as /warn. This would be really useful when warning players who are offline.
