NA Adense Moderator Application.

Introduction!​

Hello everyone. Today I will be applying for the staff position: [MOD]. Now before I just quickly get into the application, why not explain a little of my background. I'm Brennan. I live in Louisiana, and I'm 12 years old. Awhile ago back in 2014 I was a active player in-game on Kit-PvP. I soon had to quit Mineverse for a little bit because I had to focus on school, and raising my grades. So I had already got that issue solved, I then forgot about Mineverse. I basically quit Minecraft for awhile. Then on this Spring Break, I found an old friend of mine named @OfficiallyUnknown helped get here onto the forums. I am currently getting attracted back to Mineverse as usual, and having fun skyping him. Despite all of the hackers, etc, they are definitely not bringing me down at all. I decided that I will now start recording hackers. At last, the moment we've been waiting for, the application. Lets get into it, Shall we?

The first ever Minecraft In-game name for me was DerpNexGames, then I changed it to iiDerpPvP, and now it is currently TightyWideyz.

The software I use to record hackers, people that fly, scam, death warp is Fraps. The website is Fraps.com . I also use gyazo to screenshot shot advertisers, spammers, players that curses, etc.​

Why do you think you should become mod?​

I believe that I am ready to become a moderator on this server. I have acknowledged throughout my experience of moderating is that I will have to do deal with false reports, false bans, ban appeals, not to leak out any private information. I also know that with the moderator position comes along with /Ban ( Player ) ( Reason ) , /TempBan ( Player ) ( Time ) ( Reason ) ~ Derp , /Mute ( Player ) ( Time ) ( Reason ) ~Derp , /Kick ( Player ) ( Reason ) ~Derp , /SocialSpy , /GmsgSocialSpy. Now I'm going to state some traits.

Humorous​

Believe me, I am one hell of person that would love to joke. Whenever I would be able to joke around with some friends of mine, I would take that do it. Whenever I would say something that wouldn't make sense, or you would find it offensive, please do not EVER take me serious. I would be that one guy in class at school, who'd make the whole entire class laugh just because I would either joke, or be sarcastic with one other class mate. I always joke with some players if I'm playing Bewares with them. Just have a good o' time with my buddies.

Responsible​

Say I that I falsely banned a player, accidentally accepted an Ban Appeal that wasn't for me to deal with, or ever had made a mistake that I wasn't supposed to ( I hope I won't ) , and I would then have to be dealt with the Head-Mods. I will not ever mention, or blame another staff for something that I had done. I wouldn't just accuse of them making the mistake that I made. I would go 1 on 1 with the Head-Mods, and would be honest, and not blame any other staff that was not part of it. However if there was a witness that knew I was supposed to ban this player, and that player that I banned was arguing about the ban, I would have to involve the witness to back me up. None then less. I would not blame anyone. :

Respectful​

I'm gonna be honest with ya, I don't care whichever Donor rank you have, or if you don't, I will respect you with all manners I was taught, and grew up with. I do not respect a player that has a Donor rank better than I respect a non-donor because he has a Donor rank. I would still respect you the same way I would respect any of YOU guys. I would not allow any player to disrespect a player. He would have to get passed me which wouldn't be easy. I also wouldn't let a player be bullied by a player. If I was the only mod that was on that game mode where the player was being bullied, I would take responsibility of it, and deal with it.

Kindness​

Lets talk about this trait. I understand that the part of a moderator that you need to have in yourself is kindness. When you are kind, people will be kind to you too. If there is a player being disrespectful to me, I would either message him in-game, or deal with it. The Golden Rule is treat others how you want to be treated. I would not argue back. I would not call him names, disrespect, etc. I would take it as an adult would deal with it as if he is calming his baby son down. I do not overreact over a little thing such as players calling me "Terrible Mod", "I hate you", "#DerpForDemotion!!" I wouldn't take that offensive.

Patience​

Patience is what helps me get through everything. If I was being demoted, I would not freak out an about, and start abusing. Instead I would be calm, and pretty sure I would've understood what I have done. When I would get spammed by players I would not start muting everyone, I would just ask another mod for them to assist me if they are able to. I do not argue with players, and start using capitals, fighting, abusing, etc. I will not argue with a player. That is not how a mod should handle it.

I have been playing this server for approximately 2 years.

Have You Ever Been banned In The Past? (In-game&Forums)
Unfortunately I have been banned in the past by Paradox. I was banned for hacking which I wasn't, and I was not recorded, so that was a false ban. As for the Forums, No, I have never been banned on the Forums.

Do You Have Any Past Experience As A Mod?
Yes I do. I was a Mod on a server called MythicalMC which I believe is shut down. I also had owned a server, so I knew all the commands that admins/mods would acquire. Thats about it.

Yes, I mostly play KitPvP, Bedwars, OP PvP, and Op Prison.

 

Also, I understand that you played Mineverse earlier, but I think you should also try to play on more gamemodes. Try to refrain from using the word "su c k s" as you did say that in your Introduction... Not very ready, in my opinion.
