AFR NoobCupCake's Re-Application [Global] [Requested]

Introduction: ​

For those who haven't had the chance to know me or for those who have forgotten who I am. I'm NoobCupCake, many people on the server refer to me as "NCC" but feel free to call me anything really. My real name is Ryan, I'm 15 years of age turning 16 on August the 1st this year which if you don't know is the official birthday of every horse in the world. I've been playing on this server for years now, so long that I can't even remember the official date because of all the memories I've made on the server but my rough estimate of when I first started playing here on Mineverse was around October 2013. I'm a ex-mod on this great server and I've finally decided to come back and re-apply for a spot on the great team we have.

How old am I?
As said above in my introduction I'm currently 15 years of age turning 16 on the 1st of August this year.

My In Game Name [Ign]?
My current in game name is NoobCupCake although last month I changed my name as a little bit of a joke to Shreckira as can be shown on https://namemc.com/s?NoobCupCake

What Is My Timezone?
My timezone is UTC + 10:30 in addition to this I think I would be a great asset to the team because of my Australian timezone because of the lack of mods online at that time.

What Country Do I Live In?
I live in Australia but to be more accurate I live in Victoria

What Languages Do I Speak?
Over my time at school I've been trying to learn several languages although sadly I can only say I know how to speak French although I believe the knowledge of how to use google translate which should be enough.

Why Do I Think I Should Moderate?
~With my experience with moderating I already have the skills necessary to moderate a server of this magnitude to the extent where I can take the load off the rest of the team and handle all situations that cross my path both fairly and quickly.

~I'm friendly and know the community extensively because of my time spent on the server both as a normal player and from when I once moderated on here making me a very known player.

~I'm mature with my actions and judgements when it comes to reports and how I act in the community making myself a worthy applicant.

~I can enforce the rules properly as I've read the rules numerous times and have an extensive knowledge of how punishments and the whole system of the server works.

~I believe I should be given another opportunity to moderate on this server as throughout my time away from the server I've grown to miss the community and the overall layout of the team and its members.

How Active Can I Be Everyday On The Server?
At this current time I'm only active on the gamemode prison but this is mainly because I'm trying to get fully back into the community so I can successfully help the community by getting to know some issues players might have. I think once I'm fully back in the community I can be this active:

Monday: 4-5 hours online
Tuesday: 3-4 hours online because on this day I have soccer training.
Wednesday: 4-5 hours online
Thursday: 4-5 hours online
Friday: 5-7 hours online
Saturday: 4-5 hours because of soccer again because all my games are set on Saturdays.
Sunday: 6-7 hours online.

Don't think of my time online as a lie because evidence has been given in the past that I can be online for longer than these set times.

How Long Have I Been Playing Mineverse?
I've been in the mineverse community since roughly October 2013 although with all the memories I have on the server it's hard to remember my first time in game.

Have I Ever Been Banned In The Past?
No I have never been banned on the server and never want to be.

Do I Have Any Previous Moderator Experience?
Yes I've moderated several servers in my time playing minecraft being my current one; Siege World which roughly has 900 players although has recently been lowered because of the lack of youtubers playing and I've moderated here before as can be shown from my last application which was accepted on the 13th of September 2015 which resulted in me moderating for 3 months.

Personal Traits:

Mature: I'm a mature individual who can handle any situation that's thrown at me in a way so I'm on neither side of an argument and so I can deal with things like an adult does.

Helpful: I wouldn't be applying if I didn't think I could help the community. I'm helpful in the way that I try to assist every player I see asking me questions or asking randomly in chat.

Friendly: I'm a friendly individual who can interact with members from the community easily not showing hate and treating every player as equally as I can so that we can have a balanced community.

Hard Working: Throughout my time on mineverse it can be shown that I'm a very good hard worker especially throughout the time I was moderating with the amount of bans I racked up along with the amount of assistance I provided in the community.

Responsible: I can handle the power given to me if I get a second chance at the moderator position through following the rules and taking advice from other members on the team if necessary.

Knowledgeable: Through moderating on here previously I have extensive knowledge of how the team works with reports, punishments and communication. If I obtain this position again I will be straight on the case on the first day working to improve the communities game play.

Last time I saw you, was around 7 months ago. You might wanna get more active. You were very rude to me also, when you were moderator. No support, for now. Maybe in 2-3 weeks I will change my decision.

 

Clearly you've over exaggerated the amount of time it has been since you've seen me seeing I quit 3 months ago and throughout my time moderating back in September I banned you roughly 4 times from memory. You may have seen me as rude because you were a repeat offender when it came to rule breaking.

I would also suggest you actually read through what I've written about my current activity about how I am just trying to get back into the jist of things when it comes to the server.

It's alright, I understand right now most people might be neutral although hopefully I can sway you to support me through proving to you that I'll reach new heights than what I have in the past.

 

Woah woah woah. I brought nothing up with my ban in that previous statement. That is the past, and I am not gonna live on the past. And yea, maybe I thought it was 7 months ago, sorry. No one is perfect. I won't forget about the time you /afked and you were still there. Constantly ignoring everyone and not helping them. I know you were there, I invseed you. This occurred in prison. And if you quit 3 months ago, why are you re applying so fast? Do you know the new rules? Do you know the new ban system? Do you know the new staff?? I also do not understand why you think I would t change my decision. You rushed through this application, and you did not put your best effort. Sorry, staying with a no support for now.

PS, like I did not live on the past, I hope you don't either. I have changed for the better as well.

 

Yeah, it's mostly because you only came back last Thursday after being gone for almost a month. You were a good mod during your time, you did many reports and helped lots of people. But I just don't see you doing that after coming back. I think right now you should focus on getting caught up, not so much on re-applying.

As said in my application I'm still getting used to the server although I'm happy to be even more active than I was

I plan to extend my application in a few areas although currently I'm not as I'm thinking of ideas so it isn't identical to the application that got me the position. My in game activity as said in my application is being improved upon and my forums activity will be even better aswell.
