Well pretty much I go onto "kitpvp" and do /petlist and the Cavespider shows up. I then return to the lobby to apply the cave spider and it doesn't show up.

 

Try emailing support, I've never seen this glitch before myself.

If it helps, send an email to server support, they will help you with your problem when they get the chance to. They may not respond right away because tending to 700 players is very hard work so please be patient !
