A like farm is when a player creates another account to have someone like their own posts to give themselves a better reputation, this person was most likely them.

It's only if the person doing it is farming there own account by using an alt right?

Not really, anyone can help anyone in farming likes. It could be an alternate account or someone else probably a friend. We basically have ratings to express how much we think of other people's posts, and not just to basically like every single posts they make. I think rate farming is forum bannable.

Also going back to the situation, some of Alma's friends were liking every posts she made. Alma did not signup for it because she did ask them to stop. They didn't.

If what you say is true, then the ban should be given to these friends, and the ratings definitely removed.

Just going to clear a few things up here, I never thought things would get this serious.

It's true, I didn't ask for the ratings, but I can honestly tell you that @EnderGirl1 isn't me, as mineterria said above. You can verify by an IP check. It was just a "joke" by some of my friends and even though I acknowledge the fact that they were spamming likes for me, I did ask them to stop multiple times and unfortunately they didn't. If you knew me, you would also know that I'm not a person who would do something as despicable and childish as like-farming for myself.

This was just something between me and two of my friends, it certainly wasn't intentional like farming, and I feel that if action needs to be taken, the ratings should just be removed, as I certainly don't think I deserved them. I am also certain they weren't aware that like-farming was a bannable offence on the forums, and of the consequences.
