Hello everyone, These threads are starting to become a bit too frequent. To those of you who may not know yet another terrorist attack has happened. (They are happening almost every day now) It occurred on Easter and lead to the death of 70 people and injured 300 others. Primarily women and children. No matter what religion or whether you have no religion at all. Take a moment to pray/think for everyone that was effected by this attack and anyone else who may be suffering due to the horrors of terrorism. Thank you, TheNiceSnake
There's no doubt the Brussels terrorist attacks are the most violent to hit Europe since the November attacks in Paris that killed 130 people. But this isn't the first, nor the second terror attack in that time. Bamako hotel attack, November 20, 2015: 170 people taken hostage, 20 killed. Tunis bus attack, November 24, 2015: 13 people killed. San Bernardino attack, December 2, 2015: 14 dead, 22 seriously injured. Splendid Hotel attack, January 15, 2016: 30 killed, 56 wounded. Istanbul bombing, March 19, 2016: 36 wounded. This is just a few, many and more attacks were made. Yet, none of these attacks (as far as I know) where on the media. Not one of these attacks, was covered by a Western News Agency. Why is it, that the Media only takes notice when an attack is made on a "Western" country?
Literally crying about this and how you list off so many recent terrorist attacks. I hate that they are becoming the new normal all over the world.
Snake, Please do not create these threads. These type of threads cause a lot of flame wars, racism towards some other muslims on the Mineverse Forums ( Like me ), and most of all hate to me and others. Just like Nitro was racist towards me. Max soon then took matter into his hands, and closed it. :/ I really dislike these threads. Makes me sad. :(
I can sense that this will lead to a flame war... Please let's not call each other names, and I know it may be a joke, but some others may take to it badly. Can I request @TheNiceSnake could you close it? This may result in a flame war.
Any comments that may brew up a flame war or shows aggresion/racism are not allowed. If you do happen to see anyone being racist, report them. Really, it's sickening that people like Donald Trump include all Muslims instead of the Muslims that ruin it for the whole religion (ISIS, etc). But then again, if terrorists didn't screw everything up, then people wouldn't actually need to argue over this bull crap. Seeing this is just awful. Just awful. Look at the Bamako hotel attack- 170 people were taken hostage and 20 were killed, leaving only 150. In the Sydney Lindt Cafe siege, 17 people were held hostage and 3 died. I'm not trying to be rude here but why wasn't there any breaking news on any of the attacks above. Why? Do these countries be thought of as "Terrorist intoxicated", or does Western Media see it as "unnecessary"? -------- Anyway, that's not the topic here. To think that such young souls got brutally killed in this tragic event is horrifying, and it's disgusting to think that there are people who are living out there and have done such a horrid thing. May God watch over the families and community that has suffered from this event and may they get all the support needed to move on and continue onto life, glad to know that their loved ones are now safe at another place, where none of this bloodshed will ever occur.
Let's face it. We're never going to be 100% safe. We have to defend ourselves, don't just rely on governments or the military. We have to defend ourselves, and no one owes us a living.
Honestly these threads really aren't needed on Mineverse, all they do is create hate. I understand that it's terrible that people are getting bombed but the bias is unbelievable. People get killed everyday yet people only care for countries that matter to them. It's honestly disgusting in my opinion but then again, that is my opinion. I think these kinds of threads should be banned from Mineverse. They don't really have a place here, sorry to say it.
