It is easy to use and I can record hackers within seconds to prepare. It has a decent quality that most people can clearly tell if someone is hacking or not. I am not so fond of making or editing videos, however recording a possible hacker is definitely not a problem. Why do you think you should become a mod? I believe I can provide the community any help if needed because I have the right behaviour that is suitable for joining the Mineverse staff team. As a moderator, I will act professional at all times and make sure every player (including other staff members) does not disobey the rules. Knowing the server rules are the first thing every player should know before enjoying the server and that is what a lot players missed. I will constantly remind them of the rules but also make sure they are having fun at the same time. I would have started a youtube channel as well if I could, however, recording and editing a video into advance level isn’t my thing. However, recording evidence of a hacker would definitely be possible for me to do so. I will do my best to solve each situation without bothering anyone. If I need other’s help, I will ask for it without hesitation. I will think critically and make sure to identify things that are outside or within my power and responsibilities. I would warn all players that glitching is prohibited in Mineverse and make sure every single player that is online knows that and will be punish if they do it again. If the players are not listening to what I said, I would contact a higher staff member, perhaps an admin and explain the situation. Everyone deserves a second chance, however, if they do not value their chance that they have been given, then an action should be taken. I will also send a message to the admins to notify them when they are back online. I don’t feel any other players on Mineverse should be left out for taking part in becoming a staff member, I wish I can have a shot at it, and I can prove to the staff team that I will become a role model to other players on Mineverse. I would like to become a Moderator for Mineverse more than anything right now, the reason being is that I love the players on the server. feel comfortable enough for a staff position now and understand the server quite a bit. The reason being that I should be a Moderator on Mineverse is because I can show my responsibilities. I can learn new skills fast and get use to get in short amount of time. i know what to do is best in certain situations which makes me fit the position for Helper. Most minecraft players want to be staff because they want the power even they don’t understand the rule and requirement well. To be a staff on a minecraft server, power and fulfillment is not what I search for. I want to be a staff on Mineverse simply is to help out those who need help or struggle with game activities. With me being active in-game and forums almost at all times, I believe I can offer the server some help that is needed. I am active on all gamemodes in the server and it gives me the chance to understand the game well and see what players might struggle with. Having a chance to be in the staff team, I will help those who needed help and give them as much information they need no matter how much work it takes. How long can you be active on the server everyday? I play at least 3-4 hours a day, most 5-6. I organize my plan of each day, and manage my time properly to have time for both academics, athletics and entertainments. I’m taking math accelerate at school, as well as AP Psychology at school. I am a ski coach as well as a tennis coach assistance. And for entertainments, I enjoy first person games such as minecraft, csgo, gmod…etc. Minecraft have been my top choice of game since it is not so competitive and it has a nice community to play in. How long have you been playing Mineverse? I have been playing Mineverse for a year or two. Mostly active in Factions, Skyblock and KitPvP. However, I am also involved in multiple mini games such as Skywars and Infections. Mineverse is a well set-up server that is suitable with friends; however, when a player disobey the rules, including my friends, I will treat them as regular players and remind them of the rules. Have you ever been banned in the past? (Forums & In-game) No, I have never been punished or banned in the past on Mineverse, either in-game or forums. However, I had been ban on small servers, and most of them are misunderstanding and I get unbanned shortly. Do you have any past experience as a moderator? I was moderator on McAri. A faction server with 150+ players at all times; staff member on VenomPvP, a faction server with 200+ players at all times; currently moderate on LibertyGaming, 20+ players on and moderate on RageRaid, 50+ players on at all times. I moderated on several servers and I respect each server rules and make sure players read the rules and understand them before enjoying the game. I help several servers setup plugins and advertise the server online. Every server has different rules, some servers may swear and some may not, and for me, no matter what, there’s a border that players should not cross such as disrespectful towards staff members and hacking. I also moderated on small servers and I later realized I would like to experience what is like to moderate on a larger community. I can understand what is happening immediately and give players the proper response. I would also consider the player’s feelings and make sure no one is emotionally hurt or feel unfair. I will be extremely careful with my choose of words. Becoming part of the staff team on Mineverse is a great opportunity for me and I will show you my capability of managing difficult task and tough situations.
