[Survival] Don't have permission to open chests from before username change [Resolved]

I changed my name from "tommy2002517" to "Cookieness" and then when I joined mineverse survival I couldn't open my chests that I put signs on.
Can a mod or something remove the signs so I can place new ones?

 

Hello, you can send an email to [email protected] and explain this situation. Please provide coords, which sign chests you want to be removed, and any important information you feel necessary.
On the other hand, you can change your name back and reclaim without a problem.

 

You're going to have to change your name back, wait 30 days, break the signs, change your name and place down the signs again.
Or, you could contact [email protected] with your old and new IGN, and the issue. Make sure to comment on your email every 3 days so your email stays on top of the queue and get Cyps attention. Don't overdo it though.

there are three things you can currently do to regain access to your chests, first you can try to contact an admin who can break the sign (CypriotMerks, Noobcrew, TannerLittle) and I am not sure but I believe head-mods might have permissions. Secondly, you can change your name back, but that would take a month (30 Days). Lastly, as you said you have emailed support, just be patience and they will try fix it. Note when you're emailing support to email proof or they will not answer at all.

Anyway, yes, I suggest you don't wait 30 days... Just email Cyp at [email protected] and he should be able to solve your problem. This is an old problem xD [email protected] is mainly every Help thread owners don't know :P Copy and paste lol
