As we All know, the new update for Minecraft is looming over us. Coming out this, or next Month. I have a few Questions. ¿What will happen to the Factions Server? ¿Will survival finally be reset? ¿Will Prison reset? ¿Is Skygrid starting over? ¿Will there be new Maps? Those are some of the Few Questions. The impending doom of Minecraft 1.8 is ever so near. We need answers now. New Infection Maps I think, we should have new infection maps. We have had these Same maps since its release in August(?) I think we should have a change. People could suggest maps, that Will obviously include some new blocks from 1.8 Many Infection Players have requested this since the Forums opening. Faction 2nd Reset? A whole New World? Since this new Update brings a lot of new stones, It is pretty obvious Factions may be reset. Although, Noobcrew and Cyp could implement a Second Factions Server with the 1.8 Update! I don't think many people may want to lose everything they have gathered since it's first reset. And not everyone wants the reset in the first place. Adding a second map with the 1.8 update would be amazing. I think that should be Noobcrew or Cyps idea. Survival. Same Story? Survival could also have a New Map added! There would be as well 2 maps for Survival. I think, the 2nd Map for survival is more necessary, since in Survival, there are a whole lot more buildings and creations than in factions. Survival'a 2nd map should be taken a little more into consideration than the Factions one. Prison. I sure hope they don't reset prison again. I think what is needed are the new stones to mine, but a Prison reset again, in less than 4 months is pretty harsh on the players. They should change stones, but if this requires an entire Prison reset GG Skygrids Reset Skygrid has become an amazing server to be on now. Many people enjoy the fun of it. But will skygrid also reset? They certainly need to add the new stones, the slime blocks, etc Could this be skygrids reset? This is all up to Noobcrew and CypriotMerks. New Maps! New maps for everything! I think that Infection should definitely get new maps, but other gamemode a as well. Skywars I think skywars appeal has been lost due to the fact that it only has one map. A few maps would be very fun to add, and could increase its chance of being more popular again! KitPvP and OPPvP These two amazing PvP servers may need a change. Adding new maps, to both of them! Everyone might get bored sometimes using the same map, but I think adding a new map to each would make it more appealing. I would suggest a nether based map Or the end map. Survival Games Yeah, we need new maps here as well. I don't see anyone much on Survival Games anymore, therefore I think it's the lack of maps. You could add the Catching Fire Map. Infection, I agree with. We need new maps, lmfao. I'm not sure about Factions, though, it was only reset in December. But I agree with Survival, there should be a /server survival2 like there was for Prison and Creative for a little while.
I would like some new maps on infection cause that would be amazing. Also on survival when you get on you can't find wood and stuff because people took it away and the maps won't reset so I agree 100% that there should be a "/server survival2". It would be amazing but most of all the new infection maps.
As others on this thread have stated, new maps for infection are definitely something I'd like to see.
I don't think most can be reset, as long as people take the virtue of patience seriously (especially Cyp and Noob). I think the best thing Cyp and Noob is to stay at 1.7 for a bit after 1.8's release, and when they finish creating maps, and transferring all player information necessary for progress, and we'll be fine. To specify the answers, I'll answer my guesses if done properly. What will happen to the factions? Unfortunately, I can't find a paradigm in which we will want the new landscape, and have the structures. As for people's belongings, I'd say if it stays in their inventory, they should have it if reproduced Will survival finally be reset? same deal with Factions, yes, but in this case, it would be OK, as we want the new blocks and a new start, believe me. Will Prison reset? No, maybe a new map, and adding some of the new blocks into the mines. As long as you have everything you need in your inventory and chests, you'll be fine. Although, the only downside to having a new map, is chest shop resets, but that's no big deal. Is Skygrid starting over? OH GOD NO PLZ. It will probably be reset, meaning I'll have to rid the idea of P.D (Project Determination), if all it will do is reset again and again when they update to a new version. However, that's only if you want to add the new blocks in. I'd suggest creating a home deleting command, and then an ability to re-create a new home; much more convenient for me. Will there be new Maps? For sure! Considering it's both a community suggested idea that seems to grow day-by-day, but the new blocks make an even bigger variety of plans to innovate new builds! I hope they take this into consideration!

I wish we could go back to /server prison2 because i loved that server and i was even an A-Prisoner and i lost all of my epic stuff D:
I agree with the Infection maps, I'd really like to see some new ones in the future, same with Survival I think it may need a new reset but that's just my opinion.
Not to kit. Kit isnt about just the map.. KitPvP is so organized and the map makes it special, Its the only one out there and it needs to keep the one thing that makes it special.
I agree. Kitpvp is getting kinda old and boring. I suggest they have new and more maps for kitpvp and oppvp like Minetime maybe.
