Okay so to start this off, the new ban system SUCKS. I mean, say for example, someone got banned twice and both were false. They would still get perm banned regardless of the reports being false or not. The old ban system was much more fair. This new ban system is terrible for the people who get banned frequently for hacks when it isn't true. I personally want the old ban system back.
If the first ban was false, I don't see why the next ban would be heavier. Unless I've missed something¿
So you're saying if someone was banned multiple times for hacking but all were false, it is unfair that they would get permanently banned the next time if it were true?
I wasn't aware that you would still get permanently banned for mutiple "offenses" even if they were ruled false. Is this true?
But the new ban system states that 2 warnings then a perm lobby ban. I recently got a perm lobby ban without warning with all of my bans being false in most of my time here. It doesn't make sense to perm ban someone form the whole server for 1 ban.
Then I don't understand why that has happened if the previous bans were deemed false... Have you tried appealing?
When you say they were false, were they actually marked false by a moderator? Or, you just believe they were false? I don't think an incorrect ban should count against you. So if this is true, I agree it should change.
I don't think it is the ban system that is the problem. I think it is because of a little confusion my some mods.
They were marked false by a mod after they actually reviewed the evidence and my appeal got accepted for all but 2-3 of my bans (2013ish to 2014). Thanks
Moderators don't have the ability to perm ban someone but only head mods do. You may got perm banned by other usernames that you had, and not only this one.
I want the old system back too. Why would you get a heavier punishment if the previous times you were reported were rejected/false?
It wasn't other under other usernames as that evidence would have been over 2 weeks old which is not allowed anymore.
