A guy who still has an Admin rank which gives him full Prot IV

A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: Well he still has Admin rank which is a really Old donator rank and he can do /kit Admin and gets full P4 which is unfair because nobody else can do that since that donor rank is supposed to be long gone and he should get demoted to either God oh Titan and I said stfu to that guy as a joke so don't take it seriously
