[Skygrid] Chest locked?!

So my friend was playing Skygrid and his name was: battlefiell, he changed it a while ago, now its SlayerPlayer57, but now he can't open the chest becouse its locked by the name battlefiell, please help!

 

Not really anything you can do, sorry. You can try getting a head-mod or someone higher up in staff to come on and break the sign manually.
Other than that there isn't anything you can do.
I had this happen to me on Skyblock (When I changed my name from Porkii back to Marcore)
I still have that chest on that island with my name on it. Inaccessible.

There is a glitch that allows you to get into protected chests. Mods, is this allowed or not?

I asked a Mod to break the sign, he couldn't so i don't really know, i hope they fix this. He even tried the chest, nothing happend ;-;

Just tell me it, its probably allowed if no one can open it and its my friends chest, message me at my profile.
