Responsibility: I think a Appropriate Moderator of a should have this Quality, In my opinion this is my Strongest Trait of being a Person. As knowing how popular Mineverse has grown since February of 2013, it has grown into a wonderful Community and has reached over 1 million players, You have to gain trust from your fellow Staff Team and Players and with that trust comes great Responsibility this being that you have to know when you have a Job to do even when the Task is not given. Doing so you have to put all your effort and hard work including the Dedication of being part of the Team. Always have to give to 101%. Lets continue about how I resemble this trait. Here are some In-Real Life task that you need this trait in. As you know from reading the Introduction, I play a sport called Football and always need to lead my Team and Peers, since being I am the Captain you need to lead your team with the Qualities you have but also you need to learn other peoples Qualities and know there Strength and weaknesses, but also know yours. So stating this I need to help my team in any way possible teaching them my qualities but also learning theirs. This is just a short Summary of my Quality of being Responsible Trustworthiness:I believe the this Quality is really critical of being a Moderator as being you have a lot of people depending on you being as Players look up to you of taking care of Hackers/Exploits/Advertiser to make there Game-Play a one to remember and also have the Community Grow and get players to get their friends on. This trait is not one that is easily earned as Said Above, it is one that when you earn the Trust from anyone it is very valuable and can not be lost. Trust it Trust when someone gives you there Reliability and they will look to you in to you in the Time of Need. When a person gives you this trait they Show there Friendship for you. Again this is a short Summary, but here are some traits that I own with this Quality, My mother has to work so in time in need I have to take care of my 2 Brothers and have to gain her Trust Obviously didn't have it in the Beginning, so i hard to earn it and I love being trusted because it shows I'm Dependable. Patience:Having Patience is Key of becoming a Moderator due to the Fact that people are gonna ask you Questions about the Community/Rules/Players and Etc. This Quality has many Perks when you learn it not only when your Playing the Game but also In-Real life it will help your Day and Carrier overall, let me explain why when you are "Patience" you have the Ability to listen to people and understand what there talking about but also learn there Personality and know what they are talking about I guess fully Understand them. This Quality goes by Games too, when you are helping someone out you are Learning and Listening there Situation. Maybe make a new friend but also you fully understand and know how to help them in the Best way possible and know what they want/need to here. I poses this Quality in a way that I can fully Listen to the Person and that is Key because in my opinion or How I go by in Life its people I care about before me and I do care about the whole Mineverse Network and will always put it before me when I person is in need you obviously help them and Be Patient and let them talk. I do use this everyday espailly in school, In my opinion everyone does in life. Example: When you listening to your teacher/friend. When you are actually listening you are so much more Productive and also understand more and I need this is a everyday life style. LeaderShip:When you are a Leader you know your Wrong from your Right, you know how to have all the Traits above and know how to deal/work with your team. I poses this quality when you work with a team like I do in Real-Life I don't consider my self as a Boss because I am not I have to work with the team take all there Opinions/Statements and have to think about them wisely. This comes in very useful in a Situation like someone ask Who can help me and you know everyone else is busy you have to help this person like He's the last person you will ever see, you have to give it your all. Also you have to understand where you stand Obviously you are not the Leader of everyone that would be Nonsense, because if you don't know where you stand if would lead into you getting "Cocky" and most likely be put in your place or even may get demoted from where you stand and this is why I don't consider my self as a Boss because I want everyone to feel like they have equal power but also want them to know where they stand. This Quality is very Vital to everything espially when you want to Start something like lets say a Company you need to Poses this trait and when we started our team it was hard but all worth it. Now lets apply this to a Game you need to help them and let them know your here for them and Listen to them this is why all the Traits above and below (Will be stated) fall into this Quality a lot. I feel like having this Quality will make you a better person overall. Time-Management:I love to talk about this Quality lets get started ;), This Quality is amazing if you know how to actually use your time wisely. This is were you set up a time for 1 task and when the time is up you move on to the 2nd task this makes your day/life way more efficient than if your day is all just mixed up (Keep in mind this is clearly my opinion). It makes your Life easier and Neater. In my Opinion I have this Quality when you have a Job (I work because I am 16 and I need to buy thing :p) I need this Quality because when you work, you need to set a time for lets say the Morning and when you have you break/lunch break you need to be efficient and make sure you are done with your Task and be at your designated area as soon as popular and they know you are the type of person that knows have to set make your Time worth it and also as you may have heard the Quote "Time is Money" is Real Life this is true, because if you are wasteing your time on something that is Non-Productive you could have been working and making some money to make your family/friend/Collieges happy but also need to know how to have Time on your side. Worker:Being a worker is a Skill that everyone need maybe it being taking care of siblings to working on your company Work Is Work and there are Extents to it like for Example: Working on Starting a Company is way different than taking care of your Sibling, but that still has the same the Concept. It makes your Structure as a Person better and also people can learn from what you do, this Quality is great with the "Leader Ship" quality because when leading people have to see what you do as a person and they learn from this. This is a amazing Quality to have with you are Moderating a Server because Players see how hard working you are and they see you are giving your 101% effort. A worker makes other people Motivated to do pursue your job or be better at there own Jobs. I have/learning this skill and I love what it has done for my life due to the production level in my life and increased so much and I know I can implement this to the game if many ways. This is just a short Summary :D Honesty:"Honesty is the Best Policy" you guys may have heard and this Quote is true the best thing to do is be honest with everyone in life. There are a lot of things people try to stay back from like Negative Comments when approaching that Quote it is very hard whether to tell the 100% truth of to keep it to your self a bit. That is what I have Noticed about some people but I like when people are completely Honest about things because when they are it makes you improve lets say a player says " {Name} you can become a better Moderator by {Reason}" I would take it and learn from what it says whether it being true or not because everyone has there own Opinion. I can apply this to real life to being the Same concept as the In-Game example but being a person. Lets put a example "My boss told me I need to be a harder worker" I took that and applied to instantly. I started arriving to work earlier putting all my effort and then i began to notice it not only improved my work but my life Style to. Part two is a other thread due to the 15,000 Character Lock ;(
Neutral, only because I am struggling to read the application. I'm not sure if it was the lining you used, but for my screen, all the words are on the left side and at the next line, they're in the same position/spot as the other ones, kind of like parallel lines. I'm not sure if it is my phone or you just spacing out the application ^^
