I have found this very annoying, I want this to stop, this only happens rarely but when this does happen I want the player or players to be kicked. Here are some reasons why spawn killing should be kick-able

• Ruins the fun of a game for zombies
• Is very annoying
• Makes you waste your kit (if you try to put it on while you respawn)

I wouldn't say bannable, but kickable.
Block glitching in Infection is an instant kick and should be as well for spawn killing.
