NewYearsBigToe was deranked [Resolved]

Kenneth said to come to Kitpvp but then NewYears said he already tried

 

there are signs in the spawn just tell him next time he gets on to find his rank on them then right click it.

 

yes Prefix ranks im pretty sure he said he tried that

 

if it didn't give him the rank after trying then all he can do is constact [email protected] about this issue.
