Will Mineverse's Survival server be reset when 1.8 comes out?

I know we had a vote in the Suggestions section of the forums on this, but I don't know if it was an official poll that mattered. I keep hearing rumors that it will reset, but it's being told by people that aren't official staff. I want to know because if it is going to reset, I don't want to continue devoting my time on builds that will be reset soon.

I've been told to assume all rumors are false unless told directly by Noobcrew or CypriotMerks.

Can staff or the owners please clarify for me if Survival will be reset. It's really bothering me >.<

 

I've heard that Survival only resets for major terrain updates, like 1.7, so if 1.8 doesn't come with much, they won't reset. If it does, they'll make a new world. That's just what I think.

• Granite, andesite and diorite generate in pockets within stone terrain.

That's the only terrain change I've seen for 1.8. I feel that they won't reset if that's the only terrain change.

 

They might add it in the shop & such.
