there has been many problems with the minecon-cape and there are other threads on this please view the other threads with this problem instead of creating more.

There is a technical issue that is being fixed you just need to be patient and wait you are not the only one.

 

I know about the other threads, I was told to contact an administrator in which is what I'm doing.

Hi, I've gotten in touch with cyp and his response was:

We have our developer Spawl working on fixing the capes. It's hard to determine what is causing it when we have no error logs.

He is still working on it a long with their developer so please be patient!

I already have.

 

This was the response my son got for his cape as well. So something is going on with them but they are working on it. Hopefully they will get it fixed soon.
