So what you're saying here is that something another player says is reflected onto other players? I mean that sounds fair, something one player does another gets the punishment without warning? Sorry if this offends the mods and staff of this server but, if you remember mineverse from the beginning you would remember mods who were interactive with the community, mods who would play with the players and not sit there in god mode afk or just flying around, I know the server has became much large and requires more staff, more reports, more people to ban, more responsibilities, but yesterday as we were playing we saw 3 mods run by a player who was hacking and do absolutely nothing, maybe they just didn't see the player, who knows, one thing that seemed to help an eminence amount was gamemode specific mods, they don't have to be active on all server but the two they chose to moderate which to me I hated at first but then I realized all it did was create a server where the mods could be active on the two servers they play, making the community more efficient on banning hackers.
That's not true at all actually. With my time spent here, I'vs seen plenty of mods who aren't determined, and they do pretty much nothing. However, they don't get demoted because that don't do anything wrong either. So they just sit there with the mod title. I've seen plenty of those people.
That's not true. If everyone who was promoted could handle it then we wouldn't have so many resignations.
Agreed. I am about sick of people with their hatred towards mids because they got muted or banned. This is really annoying because a lot of the new mods are resigning because of this hate.
They shouldn't have to handle it, the abuse shouldn't happen. Its just plain obusrd that people think Mods are brick walls to throw rocks at, not everyone is perfect and the world should be more accepting.
I agree with your point about taking a long time but really you need to show devotion to the server and that this isn't just a 5 minute wonder, it took me about 6 months to get the role of moderator but they know that it wasn't just a 5 minute off hand application I guess.
Well it's just too bad isn't it? There'll always be abuse towards moderators and nothing can be done about it. Don't sign up if you can't handle it.
