If not, try relogging into mineverse and it should work.

The payment looks like it went through since it says you bought it. If it doesn't come within 2 hours do as Firo said and toss a support email there.

Buycraft has been having some difficulties for the past few days, that might be why you are not receiving your rank.

 

I'm pretty sure that it can take up to a day for you to get your rank.

 

It mostly can but it is mainly 10-15 minutes thats when I usually got my ranks.
