Hello, It's TADS4 here, Preface: So as most of you know, I resigned on March 5th, 2016 due to real-life and school issues. I decided that I would later re-apply when I was able to straighten out my school life; which I have been able to do. Hence, my application now. Some of you might think "Oh, he shouldn't be reapplying this early"; well, here I am. I will be keeping my application as short as I can, but still getting what's needed. If you're curious about what my first application was, click here. I understand how the majority of you probably won't support me because of how I only recently resigned, in which I accept. I understand how if I was going to reapply so soon I should had only taken a break. And yes, I did try taking a break but it did not work. Ok, and thank you. How old are you? I am no longer taking Spanish, so I have decided to take that off of my list of languages. Do you have 2FA enabled? Yes/No Yes, I have 2FA enabled. Do you have the necessary means of capturing evidence? Yes, I have QuickTime for recordings. I have Gyazo/Built-in screenshot system for screenshots. Why do you think you should become a mod? •Active• As a former moderator, I was extremely active. I was handling upwards of 20-30 reports a day when I first joined. As time went, Pile forced me to let the newer moderators do reports because of how active I was. Even so, I ended my 3 months with over 1,000 completed bans. •Friendly• I may not seem to be the friendliest person you’ve met, but I’m pretty close. I may not have been the friendliest person as a moderator, but I got the job done; and that’s all that was needed. •Caring• My dedication towards the server was and still is amazing. I have been helping out, reporting people since early 2015. I have had multiple threads and other things done in order to improve the server. I was part of getting Infection fixed - which is now is fixed besides a few maps. It may not seem like I care about you, but I care about the Mineverse community as a whole. From what the player eye might have seen, it might have looked like I didn’t have any ideas to help improve Mineverse; welp, I have given out multiple suggestions to the Staff Team. •Helpful• Looking in the Help: Archive and Site Support archive, I have gone through hundreds of threads helping out those in need. It doesn’t matter if I know the game mode too well or not, it just matters that I’m willing to try. I may not be the best at responding to in-game messages with the amount of spam I get from the players. I try my best to be able to help and answer all the questions I am asked. If I don't respond to you in-game, it means I am probably busy or afk. The best way to contact me would be through the forums. •Dedication• My dedication towards the server is immense. Ever since I first joined, playing Skygrid, Infection, and OpPvP, I haven’t stopped loving this server. I have given out multiple ideas and suggestions about how to improve the server, hoping for the best. As a moderator, I did more than some (sorry if it sounds like I am bragging at all). I’ll admit, it felt like a competition to me, I was always trying to be my best. Obviously I did something right, as so many people have wanted me as Head-Mod. Do I know what I did besides my job? Nope. •Willing• I am willing to do all reports and issues sent my way. I have been willing to help out the Mineverse community for so long. Everyone has their on and off days, where they just don’t feel like doing anything but playing *Yes, I was one of those moderators, who had those days* •Experienced• My past 3 months on this server have given me plenty of experience to the community. I know how toxic it can be, and I know how friendly it can be. Each game mode is unique and has its own personality/type. With over 28 pages of perm-bans on Spambots on the forums, 1,000 bans in-game, and many more mutes, and warnings were given while I was a moderator. All of these give me the experience I would need. If not, I know many of the commands, and have even resolved the “UUID glitch” Spoiler: Commands /socialspy /mute /tempban /kick /gc /invsee /god /fly /gmsgspy /gmsg (anyone server-wide) /tpo /tpohere How long can you be active on the server everyday? I can be as active as needed. Generally speaking; I can be online in-game for about 6-7 hours during the week, since it is summer. When school starts back up it will decrease to about 2-3 during the week. I practically no-life the forums, so there's no issue there. During the weekends, I can be active for about 8-10 hours (yes, I'll admit I'm a no-life), when school starts it will go down to about 3-5. Again, I no-life forums so I'm set there. How long have you been playing Mineverse? I have been playing in-game Mineverse since late November of 2014. On the forums, I have been on since December 8th, 2014. Have you ever been banned in the past? Same as the last application I made, so I'll just copy and paste it here: Spoiler: In-game The first in game ban I had was by 3yerrt for mute evading; I was muted for player harassment (towards Nanurz ;)) The second ban I've had was by Topmass22 for prestige perk abuse. The third ban I had was by Cypriot for staff disrespect (occurred on the forums). The fourth and fifth bans were both for player disrespect by MaxNinja10. ~One of them was a 30-day ban on Infection ~The other was lobby; originally 30 days but shortened to 3 days Spoiler: Forums Bans The first ban I had on the forums was placed by Topmass22 for grave digging a suggestion. The second ban I had was by Cypriot for staff disrespect. The third ban I had was by Pile for flaming. The final ban I had on the forums was by Cypriot for a post on a thread. Mutes Gizzbots muted me for a status. Scorvix also muted me for off topic posting. Do you have any past experience as a moderator? Yes, here are my previous experiences: AlazarMC A server run by a few friends, Zulfqar and MaxNinja10, started out as a Factions server, not sure where in the makings it is. I was promoted on 2/1/16, and resigned on 3/5/16. I resigned because I did not have the time to be in-game like I said I would. School and real-life issues came about, and I had to leave. CraftCadia - Part one Server ran by Dip (currently Fuzzy), helped by Pile. I was promoted on 2/20/16 to Forum Helper. The forums are I guess what you could call ‘slow-ish’, but I love helping out over there. The people are amazing, and truly fun to hangout with CraftCadia - Part two On 4/12/16, I was promoted to Helper. I understand the differences within each server, and I believe I will be able to help on both while still being staff. I know how Cadia uses a global-punishment system, while Mineverse only uses game mode punishment. CraftCadia, now, gets around 100-120 players daily, compared to the 20 it used to get. CraftCadia - Part three On 6/11/16, I resigned from Helper in-game, to Forum Helper. I did not find the in-game aspect of the server to be as interesting. Of course, I love the forums, so I decided to go back to becoming a Forums Helper. Mineverse Promoted on November 29th, 2015, and resigned on March 5th, 2016. I had been working here for over 3 months. In my time here, I completed over 1,000 bans. Took part in over 100 report and report: banned pages. Helped with over 200 ban appeals; and logged nearly 500 bans. My resignation was due to school picking up and other real-life issues. Would I have loved to work longer? Yeah, that's why I'm reapplying. My time on Mineverse has allowed me to understand how toxic, yet friendly the community can be, and which time zones tend to bring the most toxicity. (Yes, I can deal with the toxicity) ZironeNetwork I was promoted on 5/23/16 to Forum Moderator.On Zirone, I have learnt how to use the spam cleaner. From Cadia and Zirone, I have still been using the same forum warning system, and punishment system. The Zirone forums are a bit slow, but I understand how everything works. -will edit more in later- Other I have been staff on multiple other servers; these are just the ones that would give me the most experience.
