SA Broski's Moderator Application! (Global)

Introduction
Hey Everyone, I know this might be too soon after returning to minecraft only a few days ago, however the amount of hackers I have seen in 1 day was not impressive. I feel like I can be a valuable asset to keep the server running properly. Please take your time reading my application and enjoy!

I am currently 14 years of age.

Your in-game name?
My current in-game name is MakiYT123. (I will change it soon so I will keep my application updated).

What timezone are you in?
I am in the GMT timezone.

What country do you live in?

I am currently living in England.
What languages do you speak?
I can speak fluent English, a few words of Chinese and I am learning French at school.

Do you have the necessary means of capturing evidence?
I have a recording software called fraps. I can also take screenshots on this program.

Why do you think you should become a mod?
Maturity
I am not a person who goes and starts a flame war for no reason at all. I do admit I have my times when I can get a bit irritated. I don't spam chat or scam people for whatsoever reason. When people are arguing, I try to get them to calm down but they never listen. I think that if they don't calm down, I could give both of them a 5 minute mute.

Helpful
I am always trying to help out as much as I possibly can on this server. From stopping arguments and recording hackers and reporting them. People always ask me 'Can I please have kit god.' I give it to them, but if my kit is still on cool-down, I would tell them how long they would have to wait for and they don't really mind. Also if someone asks a question in chat I am quick to respond and help.
Respectful
I respect all players even if we have had a dispute in the past or if they hate me. Believe me, some people who hate me (Not mentioning any names), I try to make a peace offering because I don't want to get hate every time I log into Mineverse.

Hackers
Many people hack on Mineverse and always get away with it. There are never any mods online to ban them or tempban them. With me as a moderator, I can be on Op PvP and KitPvP a lot! It isn't fair that hackers just come online and hack. I think I can ban a lot of people who hack.

Disrespect
People are disrespecting too much on Mineverse and they are
upsetting people's feelings by doing this. People are quitting constantly due to people disrespecting or hating on them all the time. As a moderator I can put a stop to this by either muting them, temp banning them, banning them or kicking them.
Loyal
This may not seem like something important but it is really. To be a moderator you have to be loyal to the server and play it a lot, I have seen people doing applications and then quitting the next day. I love Mineverse and I can't say any other server is anywhere near Mineverse in my opinion.
Honest
A moderator needs to have trust from a ton of players. To do so, you must express your opinions and don't lie to make yourself seem like a cooler person. You have to be honest, because if you don't, you will never get anywhere in life.

Active

I am always active on Mineverse, I play it for as long as my parents will allow me on my laptop. If I am holiday, I take my phone and be active on the forums because I cannot take my laptop with me because my parents say it takes up too much space. :ah.
Friendly
I can have my times when I get irritated or annoyed at someone who isn't being fair. But most of the time I am being friendly to the community and not breaking rules.
Welcoming
Everytime in chat is sais Welcome (player name) to Mineverse, I always message them saying welcome to Mineverse. Also I do the same on the fourms. I always check the newest member link and leave a message on their profile saying 'Welcome to Mineverse forums! Enjoy your stay'.

Fun
I am not one of those people who have an awful sense of humour, I try to entertain others if they are feeling down. I like to joke around with people doing whatever I feel like.

Fast at typing
I am always quick at typing to respond to messages of those in need (unless I am lagging like crazy then I can't).

Useful commands.
I know a couple of commands which will help.
/ban [player name] [reason] ~Maki
/kick [player name] [reason]
/mute [player name] [reason]
/temp ban [player name] [time]
Aware
I am very aware of the things that are happening the chat. I'm always looking at things to keep updated of my surroundings. If someone in chat is asking for help I always answer if I know the answer to their question.
Listening
When I receive long messages to do with something, I don't just ignore them and carry on with what I am doing, I read all of it and respond in the appropriate way. Even if someone is talking about what has happened in their life, I am always listening/reading. Also if someone is upset I always remind them that I can help them and make them happier in what ever way I can.

Fair
As a moderator I would be very fair. I would listen to both sides of the story and decide which one seems more accurate for the situation. I would not just accept one side without bothering to read the other side. That is a trait that all moderators need to have and not all do.
Capable
Many mods resign from their jobs because they cannot handle the pressure from reports and duties they have to perform. I am very capable to do those things because I have a lot of spare time.

How active can you be on the server every day?
Week days (GMT) 3:50pm - 9:0opm
Weekends- 8:00am - 11:00 4:30pm- 9:00pm

How long have you been playing Mineverse for?
I have been playing mineverse since summer 2014.


Have you ever been banned in the past?
I have been banned once in the past before. I was 1v1ing someone on op pvp and I beat them. They recorded me and reported me. I was not hacking and was quickly unbanned by PandaBear.


Do you have any past experience as a moderator?
Yes I am currently co-owner of a small server and I was an admin on my friends server.
