Did not receive God to Titan Upgrade

• My exact in game name is: I _AcePvP
• My purchased rank is/was: God to Titan Upgrade
• My exact issue and or game mode where the problem is not receive God to Titan Upgarde, and yes I am God Rank. I also contacted [email protected] and it's been 3-4 days and still no reply, and I sent it two times.

At this point you just have to be patient, considering they have a lot more emails to deal with.

As for the upgrade to Titan - I don't see your payment

Maybe emailing twice wasn't a good idea as they get loads everyday and are also trying to help others and it would be annoying for them to get spammed. But maybe I'm wrong I don't know :D I would just say wait a couple more days and they might be able to sort the problem out

 

This only says Upgrade from god to, it doesn't say to titan like a real upgrade would.

No it isn't because at the bottom of the screenshot it says.

 

not saying this is fake but it is possible to be a fake screenshot you can right click the page "Inspect elements" in, "Google Chrome" and you are allowed to change things on the webpage.. how ever it does not show for other users only the user who changed it and once you refresh or leave and come back to that page it's back to normal. It is possible to fake it, am I saying he is? No. It could just be a technical issue that needs to be solved.

 

Just be patient and wait it out.
