NA Staff Application - iKryptonic

I'm going to introduce myself a little, anyways.
I'm 19, I'm from California and I just recently got in touch with MineVerse. I have been in-game and with the community for a while, but I decided the thought of becoming a member of the team. I have a job, which takes some of my time away, but I always have 2-10 hours to spare. This is my first Staff Application, and effort was put into this no doubt. I jump on every day, play the main servers that will be shown below. I'll see you soon!

What timezone are you in? Pacific Timezone. (US & Canada)
What country do you live in? United States of America
What languages do you speak? I speak fluent English, second languages counting
Spanish, & a bit of Italian, as I am Italian as well. Google Translate, is also a buddy!
Do you have the necessary means of capturing evidence? (i.e. recording software, screenshots, etc) I do record, as I used to have to record players with a Hacked Client
on a server I won't be naming. I use Fraps Cracked & Bandicam paid. Screenshot services, I use LightShot
for Slack purposes, and It's very easy. & Gyazo for easy Image Hosting. I can post them on Youtube easily, but I don't use the YouTube for personal recordings.
Skyblock, Prison & OPPvP I'm mainly on these three servers, however I don't usually play. I love talking with those who are on, and I mine, build, & pvp every here and there but these are my main three servers I am on. Of course, I hop on the others at times but I can't say that I spend all my time on the others, following factions, skygrid, etc. I find these the most appealing to me, and the least toxic area. Great Community. I have a good deal of experience for these three, as well.

Why do you think you should become a mod? I believe I should become a Moderator on
MineVerse, not only because of my Experience, but my knowledge in Staffing, and the Server
on whole. I'm not the most sure on how the server system works on a helper type. I have a great deal
of experience of listing server Gamemodes of: Factions(OP&OG) , Skyblock, KitPVP (PvP, FFA)
Prison, & More to say. I have lots of time to spare, off of work I'm always on my Computer, doing
Minecraft & Paperwork. I see myself more as a peoples person, I love working with Members of the
Community, overall. I was a former Community Manager on two large areas I wont be mentioning unless
I'm told to. I tend to be mature, when I see it's the right time to, and to do what I'm told to do.
I'm quite aware of some services also listing Slack, Discord & Slack (Team & Interface Communication
Platforms). I like to give advice, It's a service I do on MCM. Gives an upside to my staff experience. I have read through the rules quite thoroughly, & I do not have a bad background of warnings, bans, anything. I think having me on the team, would be a great experience for me and having to experience a person that loves to see everyone. I'm sure many of you are like that, the Community is great! I know how to system works, pretty well. Knowing the basic steps of Punishment, events, all that good stuff.

I tend to respect all that I see, following Staff Members, & Members. I don't have experience of myself disrespect anyone, or hurting anyones feelings in this matter. Most people gain my trust quite easily. I would understand my responsibilites, and while on that note I am quite responsible, organzing things as I go, and keeping everything in shape. I see myself as a helpful person, you can see me in-game, but I don't help 24/7 like I would do as a Moderator, I answer those who have legitimate questions for specifically me. To me, and some others (friends) I have good grammar, which is good for chat & leaving a good mark for the team. I'm quite experience with the Essentials Moderator commands, like: /kick <player> <reason> , /mute <player> <time> <reason> , /tp <player> , /ban <player> <reason> , etc. Giving it a little touch to my experience base. As I stated, I love the Community, and that contains the forums. As I said of activity, I'd always be on forums like I am now, answering questions, doing duties as stated. Making friends as we go, and doing my job. I'm a very relaxed person as I see, I don't get mad commonly, things calm me everywhere I go.
How long can you be active on the server everyday? I can contribute each day, 2-6 hours. Passing work, & paperwork. [Weekdays] 2-5 Hours [Weekends] 2-7 Hours [Saturday] 1-3 Hours
How long have you been playing Mineverse? I've been playing In-Game for about 2 weeks now, been getting to know the system quite well. But I just recently joined forums.
Have you ever been banned in the past? (Forums & In-game) Yes. I have been banned for reasons that are not legit, ex: Trolling, from friends of mine. No worries beyond that point.
Do you have any past experience as a moderator?
Ah, here's the longer part.

PixelMasters (Closed)

I started out as a helper, of course. I bought a quick rank, and applied after
whitelisted at beta. I quickly got to know the Executive Administrators that were in charge of me.
After two weeks, they saw what I was capable of, so I was then bought up/promoted to a Global Moderator.
My responsibilities as a helper, was to /warn (LiteBans) those who broke the rules, and solve the
'TroubleShooting' section of our forums. Responsibility as a Moderator was to to Ban Reports & Appeals.
I was then moved up to SkyPixelmon when it was closed.

SkyPixelmon (Closed)
- SkyDoesMinecraft's Server.
- 500 - 1k Player Base
- Community Manager
Since I was moved up from PixelMasters, and I was trusted. I was then promoted
as a some-what "Executive" Community Manager. I was of course paid, giving me a larger responsibility.
I had to manage the Community, mainly staff. I accepted Helper Applications, did promotions and also did Moderator's Jobs when they could not do it themselves. I was then given a larger promotion, as the Community Manager & Head-Of-Gym getting Gym Leaders together, and Head Leaders. Tough experience, but it paid off giving me a larger experience to move to PrimeMC

PrimeMC (Open)

I just resigned yesterday from PrimeMC. You can find my resignation post on there, but I had many, many duties to fulfill without the motivation. I made tons of friends, including those I have now. PrimeMC was a very fun experience but the owner got me .. up. I was in charge of Ban Appeals & Reports, along with many other responsibilities in-game. I had to Accept & Deny Helper's Ban List, It's something we had. & Watch out for wrong-doing helpers in Slack (Communication Platform) I resigned for personal resigns that could be asked later.

Pros:
Pros: Brief Summary. I rarely get mad, I love making friends, and having conversations
with friends, Including those who I'm not very close with. I see myself easy to work with,
Unless I have an issue with you which is rare.
I'm not know to be toxic anywhere, I've been clean all my MineCraft Reputation. I can get
well-known easily, which is a good contribution, I guess. I like to stay on the good sides of people. Giving ideas is a good thing I can do, even though we have 500+ minds giving ideas daily, it's a contribution. I'm online quite a lot, after work I'm on 2-8 hours daily, making friends, and cleaning up the server. I would know my responsibility pretty well, and now that I've gotten to know the Community, make many more friends and have the community come within us. I like to be friendly, for the most part. I rarely argue with others, as I previously started. I'm also a very fast typer, back on a place I won't be mentioning, I was known to Snipe Warn those who break rules, and warn before they do, in a snap! Made me feel good being accomplished on that matter. I tend to be an older person, which may not change much but it can change facts that I have a pretty good experience with In-Life Issues & Minecraft Issues being able to resolve them with players. Giving a mentor/therapist shape to my matter. I've gone into business, in college. I know a few about that, and I've made a few documents / seen a few documents following how to follow a scam, or find bots so that's off the list. I love making people happy, It's a real beautiful thing to see. I'm quite tech saavy, I know how to create websites, by coding for example: http://jk.la/leo/ is a personal playlist website I made a while back for myself, and others to listen to my personal playlist. Overall, they add up making this. Cons follow up, and won't be existed in this application but can be discussed elsewhere.

I'd like to say before I end this off, I may be new to forums but
I am not new to the Community/Minecraft overall. I have a good deal of experience that
may do me some good. I like to make others happy, giving out joy. Aswell as keeping myself as up as possible.

You know, I usually never support new players. Although, you seem very nice, helpful, and caring. I have never really seen you in-game, and you recently joined forums. Please get active and new to the community, you will have my full support.
