For the EZvid problem, just ignore it. There's a recording software known as "open broadcast software", that is free, and actually has small files, no splash screen, and the ability to stream, you'll be fine with it, once you can configure it properly. I'll PM you configuration and download details if you'd like.

 

I'm pretty sure its against the rules to have people voting from more than one IP to get top voter.

From the syntax I assume you were saying, I wouldn't think of it as a term under any thing against law, and I couldn't seem to find anything in the rules that would differ the case.

The MinecraftServer voting process stops that. It's one per account, so you can't get 2 different IP's to vote for the same account. But if you're talking about 1 man from a different IP voting for the other person, it isn't banned, considering it isn't against the rules.
