I can't change my account's profile picture. I am attempting to upload a .jpg image and it will not load, even if i click "okay".

am i doing something wrong? xD

 

May I ask what the dimensions of the image you are trying to use are?

 

I feel dumb saying this, but 2448 x 3264px

 

Its most likely too big. You will likely have to resize it.
