It's upsetting to see that the developer is abusing his powers like this, and some may say that he is 'allowed' to because he made the mini-games, but he shouldn't be allowed.
Cypriot has already stated that the issue has been resolved, and this developer has been de-opped, so shouldn't this thread be closed? Also, I find this second video by @Nitro semi-acceptable, as @tin15cro said, the owner of the server was there. If he wasn't allowed to perform the way he did, then he wouldn't have been able to.
Although he abused his powers, he has been dealt with accordingly, and I think we should stop attacking this developer. If it wasn't for him --we wouldn't have mini-games, you wouldn't even be playing the gamemode.

Do not think that I am sticking up for DaveCarterGaming, or think what he did was ok I just respect him, and think that due to the problem being already resolved, why are we carrying on with this thread.

DaveCarter I've never seen in-game really. He should not be a developer if he will act like this.

Also for all of you claiming this 'evidence' is 5+ months old, ... she's not trying to report him, but making people know about staff abuse.
