Disable /heal in kitpvp and oppvp etc.

    I think we should disable /heal because it is a very unfair command and it make other players mad cause they have to waste another 1min or more to get them low health again

    Heal comes in handy, but I do see where you're coming from.
    This is a good perk for pvp players who buy a rank, I don't want to see it removed.
