No, I figured it would be something the build team could use to make massively detailed environments for. Can't really make these on creative plots, and I don't have access to the build server so it's up to Cyp on who builds and how they're built if accepted.
That's probably a good plan. Build server should be able to make an extremely detailed map. Hope it gets accepted.
I forwarded it to crew, if this were to be made though it'd be well after every other server is updated to 1.9 I imagine. Have another suggestion for your suggestion: have it so it takes you back if you touch a wall too. Support, although I haven't had time to look into 1.9 and Elytras; it seems like something that'll occupy me.
I think that works perfectly. In my example I slammed in the wall because the pipe was too sharp of a turn for the speed, and was lucky to even make it. Definitely should be a function of the game, and thanks for forwarding it onto Crew. The wings can get you extremely long distances with a consistent glide which is nice, but not a very practical idea in this scenario due to the difficult movement through the course. So on top of the already giant request of this, adding in the beacon teleport that was in the Towny beta, or even a sign teleport or stairs/parkour stairs to extend the length of some of the later courses would be nice. Unless someway again you know of or know it's possible to develop a plugin in which you fly through "Ring A" and are teleported up to and through "Ring B" seamlessly, without losing momentum or status of flight into the next section of that course uninterrupted.
Hm, might be possible. Or you could have the course start really high and each obstacle a bit further down.
Making players conscience of their momentum would be ideal. Just straight downhill the entire time doesn't offer the challenge of trying to go back up before you are forced to fall again. EDIT: @Nitro if you're going to rate disagree then you need to understand that this is not a dropper server I'm asking for. Going up and having the speed to do so is important.
