Well, I've seen people older than 11 who are /way/ more immature than their age. "Fancy words" show that you are highly educated and that you understand what you are learning about and doing. It also does show maturity.

I agree with FrenchFries and SnakeVenom - Kenji, you have to admit that you've seen people around my age be mature, and some older people be immature. You have to admit it or you'd by lying to yourself too. But I don't want to start a flame war, so I'm just gonna say that it's purely opinion.

I was 11 when I got promoted. Age does not matter at all when it comes to moderating, it matters purely on your behaviour.
